ARBITRATION:  In an arbitration, the parties submit their claims, together with the evidence supporting them, to Judge Bullock who then decides the issues and writes a decision concluding the dispute.   An arbitration decision is binding on the parties, and can be enforced by the parties.   The advantage of an arbitration decision over a trial is that it can be done quickly, informally and at greatly reduced cost.   Another advantage of arbitration is that it can be done confidentially, if the parties wish.
